Hi,

Just  had the same thing.  Mom lost pituitary due to benign tumor.  Only
hormone she is taking is synthroid.  She did become pregnant without
intervention of any kind.  Was able to pump drops but never got
engorgment.  Used sns at breast for a few weeks with no improvement in
supply.  After a few weeks she was no longer able to pump any milk.  While
not encouraging for your mom, hope this helps.
