Micky - just to second all the replies you have had here.

Nothing you say indicates there is anything wrong with this mother's
supply. Nothing!

In fact, both mother and baby are doing just great - co-sleeping and
feeding ad lib is a good way to get bf going, and especially
important when there has been a difficult start due to trauma.

But this mum's confidence *is* an issue. With her bf experience and
quals, she must know (in her head) her baby and the bf are just fine.
With your help, she can know it in her heart, too.

I don't think it's the trauma of the birth that's causing low supply,
but more likely the trauma of the birth is causing her distress and
lack of confidence.
