In response for a request on how to position baby so that both outer thighs
are available for shots, a commonly used nursing posiiton here in Japan is
upright, facing mother with legs splayed apart straddling one of mother's
upper thighs. Like nursing and riding a horse. Not sure how well it would
work for large breasted mothers, but it is a standard nursing position here
right from birth.

You could try it and let us know if it worked!

Best wishes
