I fully agree with what Liz B said.  I was especially concerned in this
situation.  It sounds, from reading both articles, like the library did
apologize and already intends to educate the staff about the issue and the
mother's rights.
A nurse-in or protest may be appropriate when there is no reasonable
response from the place being targeted, but can be very counter-productive
when there has been an appropriate apology and response.  A nurse-in isn't
going to change the fact that the incident occurred.  Persons observing the
situation may take the stance that "It doesn't matter how we respond-we'll
be targeted in any case, so why bother to try to correct the situation?"
