We know that some herbs can help breastfeeding while others are
contraindicated.  If she is unable to find what herbs are included, I
would recommend avoiding the product.  This would apply in any
situation, not just taking them while nursing.  Reading labels is an
important skill to cultivate.  I can understand that a manufacturer
doesn't want to give out the relative amounts of ingredients ("secret
recipie"), they have an obligation to list the ones that are included.
(For foods, the ingredients must be listed in decending order of
percentages of the final product-don't know if that applies to herbal
products as well.)
