Mom should breastfeed on the delivery room table.  Just give Hep B Vaccine
and HBIG within 12 hrs after birth.  The best reference is the AAP "Red Book
2000" pages 100, 300.  The risk of transmission of Hep B is due to perinatal
transmission (blood, body fluids) NOT breastfeeding.
