Hi: Julie, Welcome to Lactnet. I hope you enjoy this service as much as
I do. A few ideas that I used over the years is annual inservice with
ceu's, choose 2-3 topics and offer these updates about problems you see
on your unit. I found a perfect place that everyone would see at some
time is potty notes on the door. I post AAP guidelines, LLL material,
.Keep low key not to anger everyone, help the moms and let staff see how
much moms appreciate your help. Keep updated . good luck on your
efforts, moms and babes will benefit.
