There is no reason why she would have to stop breastfeeding for the
radiation.  Of course, sometimes after radiation a person can be really
sick, and this may cause problems, but the radiation in and of itself should
not cause her to stop breastfeeding.  Keep the breasts well shielded from
the radiation, so that the alveolar cells keep producing.
