I would add a rousing second to Roni's suggestion of using "Delivery
Self-Attachment" in a childbirth class.  I first saw this when I took my
childbirth course.  There was not a dry eye in the room, even the dads
were tearing up.  Very beautiful.  I think it has a profound impact on
people.
