Don't know if Joyce's post was the first or if I've missed the
discussion, but my reaction is--

Sure, the new formulation "improves immunity" relative to the previous
incarnation.  Depends what one's standard is, and how loosely one is
willing to follow standards of English usage.

When one considers the multiplicity and synergy of all the
immunologically active components of a mother's milk, one realizes we
will never see a formula that "improves immunity."  In the unlikely
event that one facet of immunity could be improved, the net result
would still be an overall loss in immune protection, as it is now.
