Sara found a Dutch website that stated that "the breastmilk of smokers
is of reduced nutritional value."  The quick and easy response depends
on what the frame of reference is:  reduced compared to formula?
Extremely unlikely.  Reduced compared to breastmilk of mothers who
don't smoke?  This is only relevant to the mother in question if she is
considering quitting smoking.  If not, and the value is still above
that of formula, then it doesn't matter.

Actually, even if the nutritional value were below that of formula
(highly unlikely) it still wouldn't matter, since the immunological
value of breastmilk to a child of a mother than smokes is so important.
  And then from immunology we can move on to other benefits of
breastfeeding....
