I am sure you have already tried his, but the football hold seems to work
best in this situation, also, you MAY want to reintroduce the nipple shield
at some feeds to just get baby there, assuming it is a silicone one.  How
about a SNS to get baby at thebreast?  Have mom do suck training on moms or
dads finger , after baby sucks on finger a minute, try to switch him to the
breast... this is just what comes to mind right off the top of my head. Keep
me posted.
