I have always asked mothers to wean off the domperidone slowly.  I
don't know if it makes any difference to stop it suddenly.  It might.
There is no reason the mother cannot use blessed thistle and fenugreek
and domperidone all at once.  That might ease the weaning off from the
domperidone.

I doubt anyone has done any study on this issue.  It would be very
complex to do it.
