Nofia, that's exactly right, and what happens here. You have to record
deaths and dehydration due to high-solute water being used.The ultimate
solution to your problem would be to get the government to write standards
for what can be called spring water and what can be called mineral
water,and to insist on proper labelling so that those (mineral or spring or
mineral springs or bore (artesian or tap water) with a high solute load are
clearly labelled "dangerous for infants and dehydrated persons" In fact the
infant formula companies will not like to know that babies on their
formulas are being injured because the product is mixed with the wrong
water; if you can bring yourself to talk with them, or get someone else to,
they  could usefully take on a lobbying role here, and would be listened to
far more seriously than us odd LCs. Sad but true. MM.
