I am working with a Mom who delivered 7 days ago a 30 week gestation little boy. He is very sick, so her stress is high. She was also very sick with PIH and is on Labetalol and Procardia. Her milk production is ~10cc with each pumping. My question is: Fenugreek, is it safe to take with the above medications and with Hypertension?  She is using a good pump and has been pumping ~5-6 times/day which she is increasing to 8-12 times per 24 hours.
