Is there any chance at all she could have retained membrane or placental 
fragments.  Ask her about her bleeding.  Is it heavier than "normal".  Does she 
have any lower abdominal pain, fever or foul smelling discharge.  It may be 
worth a visit to her OB to have this evaluated.  If she has any of these 
symtoms they will do a D&C in the hospital and her milk should come in 
quickly.  Maybe you have already thought of this..So please forgive me if this 
is old info.  Good luck to your mom...
