Dear Yu-Ann,

I've seen a few in operation (but not in the museum community), but
it's tricky. 1.) The public/non-profit organization generally has a
fundamentally different outcome than a private/for-profit one
(service versus profit). ––I'm making the distinction because we're
a private non-profit and exists because of charitable contributions––
and 2.) There's very limited market for museum based products and
many competing products and small companies servicing that
educational entertainment market. Niche diversity is the name of the
game.

I'd love to hear what you discover.
