I'm somewhat surprised that ILL couldn't find this, but part of the problem is
you have an incomplete citation -- you've given the subtitle. The full title
is:
 
Fairfield on the Thames. Report of excavations ...
 
It is three volumes, issues 3-5 of the Museum bulletin at UWO and, as might be
suspected, it is available from the University of Western Ontario's Library.
(UWO is in London, Ontario by the way)
