I agreed to a phone poll after being invited to a "focus group" for an
agency I've helped in the past.

They asked if I had a favorite book...I said I didn't...They pressed
me....and I still couldn't come up with one. Finally the interviewer asked
what I had last read...by luck it was de La Grange's Mahler, Volume 3.

Not easy to spell over the phone to a semi-literate interviewer.
