Are you sure?  The only thing I know of that might qualify (and in date
only) is the Mainzer Umzug of 1962.  Its text isn't by Whitman.

Now, When Lilacs Last in the Dooryard Bloom'd (Requiem for those we love)
has a text by Whitman, but is intended as a tribute to FDR.
