Those were done by Dr.  Bhagwan Thadani.  He also released a comprehensive
survey of Bortkiewicz's piano music (also performed by machine), and has
written a few brief monographs on Bortkiewicz.

BTW, the Mitchell performance of the 1st concerto has, IIRC, cuts.
