It is not your dislike but the way you express it.  When you say Liszt's
music is vain and self-centered, these are not properties of his music
that I can relate to, and they strongly imply things (to me at least)
about Liszt's personality, things that I do not believe are supported
by the biographical information available.  I actually don't care why
you dislike Liszt's music; there's a lot of music I don't care for (even
some by Liszt), and I can't explain why, and I don't really care that I
can't, because I'm more focussed on the music I do like.  But I don't
make statements about the music I don't like that strongly imply things
(specifically, personality defects) about the composer.

Yes, and you've been asked this and seem to think it's so obvious it
needs no explanation.
