God, my French is over 30 years old, but I can manage a few (more or less).
They don't all "make sense":

>4) Avant-dernieres pensees I: Idylle (a Debussy) (Modere, je vous prie)

Penultiamte thoughts (?): Idyll.

>5) Avant-dernieres pensees II: Aubade (a Paul Dukas) (Pas vite)

Ditto. An aubade is IIRC a morning serenade as it were.

>9) Trois Morceaux en forme de poire I: Maniere de commencement (Allez
>moderement)

Three pieces in the form of a pear:??? of the beginning

>13) La Belle excentrique I: Grande Ritornelle (Pas trop vite)

The beautiful eccentric (female): great (grand?) return (?)

>14) La Belle excentrique III: Valse du Mysterieux baiser dans l'oeil

Ditto: waltz of the mysterious kiss in the eye....

Any corrections welcome, as I said, it's been a while.
