This is an interesting approach!

For those who feel that most of the problems in beekeeping
can be traced to a bad connection at the handle end of the
hive tool, the elimination of experienced beekeepers would
either stamp out the last vestiges of prejudice, or it would
stamp out the last vestiges of judgment, skill, and experience.
