According to the judge:

> Plaintiffs have members who grow organic Beta vulgaris seed in and around the Willamette Valley, buy seed from such growers, and consume organic beta crops in that area. These farmers and consumers would likely suffer harm from cross-contamination.

I wonder what actual harm they think they will suffer? We have all been eating GM food for decades.
