Here's the recipe I used on my packages this spring... seemed to work pretty well:

3 Gallons of Water
20 lbs of Sugar
1.5 droppers of thyme oil
3 droppers of lemongrass oil
3 droppers of spearmint oil
5 teaspoons of Soy Lecithin Granules
