This statement could mean either A) they are not real scientists. or B) they 
didn't make such a claim.

There may be other possibilities, but please address my statement, not what you 
seem to be forced to deduce from it.

From a scientific perspective, is my statement regarding that claim true or 
false?

Here is the categorical claim for reference: "Exposure to Clothianidin 
Seed-Treated Canola Has No Long-Term Impact on Honey Bees".

I submit that no full proof of that claim can ever be devised.
