I did not get a response to this question in October, so I am posting it again.
I would expect if Jerry does not have info, that Trevor Weatherhead probably has lots.  Do you use napthenates in Australia, Trevor?

Mann Lake is still selling one of them, I think, with the recommendation of 
1% for boxes and 2% for bottom boards and stands.
