Hi All,

   For those of you interested in the anti-bee legislation on going in CA.  
   it passed committee on Tuesday.  However , it appears the teeth
   of the bill were retracted and legislates for a working group to 
   identify compromise/coexistance guidelines for plantings of
   seedless mandarin
