I certainly plan to send my  $5 to help Gary Ford.  Since every citizen is
allowed to give up to $l0,000 each year to whomever she choses, tax free, I
doubt Gary would have to declare my paltry "gift."
 
I am concerned, Dave, if anything is being done to track down the culprits.
