As side line Beekeeper in NJ ( USA) I want to present what the NJ Board of Agriculture is attempting to get into law . As the result of a few bad Beekeepers in our state the board of agriculture is attempting to put into place a restrictive set of laws on Beekeepers 
  These are not the only PROPOSED reg’s .
( some are beneficial, some are not so)
The Beekeepers in my state are working to get the proposed reg’s pulled and rewritten to a more favorable stand for BKers
  These proposed reg’s were written as a result of one or two ignorant Beekeepers using less than common sense approach to beekeeping in a urban environment
