Anyone that doesn't believe that coumaphos causes Intermediate Caste Syndrome only has to treat his hives with the chemical and then try to raise queens in the hive.  It's a repeatable experiment and there is no doubt about the cause.  Even amounts of less than 100ppm can cause it.
