To change the subject to "worst & best honeys". I plan to include some of
these descriptions in my "BeeWorks" software program, as I think it would add
an intertesting facet to it - unless any of you obejct? Unless you wish to be
quoted, I think it would be better to just cite them as a variety  of
descriptions about the different types of honey and their tastes. The way you
guys describe them, I almost wish I was at a table sampling - it really
sounds like comments from "wine tasters" - interesting.
