As does earlier documents. 2002 is a bit dated but simply in my opinion a
restatement of the earlier position on DDT. I have always been under the
assumption DDT was banned and not available for use. Then came rumors and
finally a discussion with a sprayer involving my bees stating DDT was being
used again.

I wonder the same as Juanse does about exports of DDT. Many chemical plants 
are moved out of the U.S. to countries with less stringent rules concerning 
such plants.

This is a bit puzzling to me. I am doing some checking today and will report
back. The section 18 allows for use of DDT as a last resort. If I find I am
incorrect I will come on line and say so like I always do.
I hope I am as DDT is best banned.
