The subject says it all-I figure someone has to have tried it.  I have a new
electric carving knife that I received this Christmas.  While strongly
suspected of being re-gifted, I wondered if it might have some use for
uncapping?  It has two reciprocating blades, as opposed to the single sort I
have seen, and they are sharp as hell.  Any ideas?  Thanks...JK
