In Canada(C$= 0.95US$) we use the metric system. 1Kg=2.24 pounds.  I
sold all my honey for $10 per kg and $6 for 500 gm.  Our season was
similar to yours

I stacked similar supers in my honey room with a dehumidifier for
several days.  Uncapped cells checked with my refractometer were
18.5% at the start and 16.5% at the end.  I checked each super while
extracting.  Anything over 17% was used for chunk honey which I heat
to 160F (as per my ABC) to slow crystallization and therefore
shouldn't ferment.
