You will never get small cell foundation drawn out right, without following basic parameters for drawing comb specific for worker bees. You follow that which most do for honeyproduction/drone size and you will fail every time!
 
This is why HSC fully drawn is on the market for you types. But still you have to follow the basic guidelines for easy using. But it changes the time frame from a few years to just months too!
