"funny honey"... that's the major concern! 
Well, it’s easy to find VHP sugar here (Brazil is a big sugarcane producer). Beekeepers prefer it over the white granulated one… and bees agree with that: VHP sugar won’t last much in a feeder. So, it might become “funny honey” indeed... claiming it won’t be consumed during nectar availability is a little bit hard to believe… 
Just for the record, we are talking about Africanized ladies… our management style (and armour suits) are a bit different… :)
