Hello Lori,
I am a director of the Saskacthewan Beekeepers Association and we
are currently looking into the problem. Here in the Canadian prairies we
have a bit of a problem when pollinating canola crops. Here all the
applicators are registered but there is very little be taught about bees
in their courses . We also see that most of the labels on the pesticide
containers only give recommendations not firm guide lines. We hope to
change these things. I would look forward to what you can find south of
the border.
