Peter and others,
 
My former graduate student, Michelle Taylor, and her associates in New  
Zealand did a similar study concerning small cell a few years ago and came  to 
the same conclusion.  I think they were hoping it would help them stop  the 
spread of varroa - no such luck.  Jerry
