Good point Randy. 
I keep hearing that neonics, in approved dosages and applications (only for the commercial guys) are harmful to pollinators as well, but while we wait for the reevaluation data, we will not know. 
While AB 1789 was not what I hoped it would be, at least it has set a finite date for determination and has caused a little hiccup in the pending "possibly frivolous" lawsuit. 
Any more thoughts on peer/public review of this mysterious registrant data?
