I extracted about a pail of excess fall wildflower honey from the fall
flow and had the same problem. Not sure what to do with it I left it on
a warmer at around 95 degrees for 2 - 3 weeks.  When I checked it again
it there was still some odor but the taste was very nice with the bitter
aftertaste gone.
