I don't have your numbers, this is just my experience as a hobbyist.  No one
should assume I draw any big conclusions from this, because I don't.


No worries!  Numbers don't matter!   

This year one GA supplier in particular had issues with queens,  I know I
got right around 200 that had to be replaced,  while they sent replaments,
they were actually worse than the first round!

Don't forget though,  that packages are fake swarms,  and queen replacement
is pretty normal even though most don't ever know it or see it.
