Bee meeting comments on installing Russian queens was to wait 24 hours after
installing package, then install the queen cage. Hobbyist who followed this
advice reported great brood production with whole frame being filled to each
edge with perfect formation of caps. No elaboration was made on why the wait
to install the queen. We tried Russian queen and package bees as well, and
did not follow this (cause we did not know about it) and still did ok. -
