Frank, Be sure you recognize "queen cups".  They are vertically
oriented and open at the bottom.  I know some disagree but personally
I seriously doubt that a queen EVER places an egg in a queen cup.
Don't call it a queen cell unless you see a larva in it or unless it
is capped.  My advice is to pay no attention at all to queen cups; I
don't think they mean more than that a few nurse bees would like to
have a new queen started.  Dan
