I think this is like with varroa. We need to be vigilant and do the sampling
looking for it. Close the entrance at noon, catch 50 bees from the ones with
pollen. If you expect drifting catch the sample from the receiving hives.

sample at least 10% of each yard.

If not sure which nosema you have, do a sample at spring (apis) and another
sample at end summer (ceranae).
