A few years ago the idea of finding a predator of varroa to control the varroa in bee hives was suggested.  I recall some discussion of this and the chelifers or pseudoscorpions were suggested.  They seem to enjoy a meal of varroa.  What has happened to this idea?  Is this still a viable concept, perhaps as part of an IPM regime?  Is anyone still working on this idea?
