On this subject:

Are you aware that the anti-bacterial properties of West Australian 
Jarrah honey is many times higher than the Manuka honey? So if honey in 
general is named for the wound healing properties then Jarrah honey 
should be named foremost.
Just a shame that the Jarrah honey is more scarce, particularly with the 
die-back disease minimizing the number of these coastal trees and it 
doesn't help either that Jarrah trees do not flower each year.
