Since 2006, PAm has been a go-to nonprofit supporting relevant, impactful work on behalf of the beekeeping industry and honey bee health.  Over the years we have funded over $12 million of honey bee research and $2.9 million in forage programs-and we are growing!

To help us continue our mission, we are now seeking to add a Research Program Director to our team. This is an exciting new role for someone who is invested in working with beekeepers and wants to drive progress through impactful research. 
 
Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Research Program Director:
 
Connects PAm with the honey bee, pollinator, and forage research communities. 
Fosters collaboration within the beekeeping and scientific communities.
​Develops ambitious research that improves honey bee health outcomes and tools for beekeepers.​
Manages and directs all aspects of PAm’s research program.
Works with all team members to ensure the program meets goals outlined in the strategic plan.
Follows all of PAm’s grants throughout their funding lifecycle.
Feeds research updates to the Community Impact, Development, and Communications programs.
