Allen, Interesting observation about what one has learned from the List.
Myself, I have learned that everyone has there own way of doing things, what
works for you may not work for me and vice versa.  I have learned that thru the
years, everyone does things just a little different. I try to take a
non-judgemental approach, blend the ideas and practices of others with what I do to make
it work for me.   This is probably one of the few times that I have responded
to the list, but I thought that it was a very good question.
